Biography

Bauer College of Business

Vijay Yerramilli is the C. T. Bauer Professor of Finance, and the Faculty Director of the MS in Finance program at the Bauer College of Business. He received his Ph.D. in Finance from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota in 2005. Prior to joining the University of Houston in 2010, he was an Assistant Professor in the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

Research Interests

Corporate Finance, Contract Theory, Real Options and Investments, Financial Institutions, Entrepreneurial Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions.
