Victoria works at the intersect of academia and day-to-day business. She has over 20 years’ experience in marketing, management and sustainability, having previously worked for 3M and Accenture with companies including Marks and Spencer, Cancer Research, J Sainsbury.
She has published research papers and thought pieces in journals including: Nature Climate Change, The New Scientist and Sustainable Development. Victoria believes that businesses are absolutely central to reorganising how we turn scarce resources into long-term wellbeing for all. As such, she works to help board members and managers embed meaningful long-term aspirations into the reality of their organisational context - focusing on purpose, governance, marketing, leadership, strategy, culture, identity and consumer behaviour. Victoria is Convenor of ISO37000 - a global standard being developed on 'Guidance for the Governance of Organizations', she is on the committee developing a British Standards on Social Value and past of the UNCTAD/UNEP task for to develop the methodology for SDG 12.6.1. She is a Chartered Marketer, Chartered Manager and founder member of the South West Mutual. She is a Non-Executive Director of the Soil Association Certification Ltd and FTB Lawson Ltd.
