Research Summary

Most of my corporate finance work can be classified within two large topics: articles related to the firm’s optimal choices in the presence of financing constraints, and research related to executive compensation and its interaction with product market competition.

Outside corporate finance, I have several articles that form part of a research project on how the provision of quality of firms depends on consumer behaviour.
