I am currently working as an associate professor at the Department of Chemistry and National University of Singapore. My research interests are in polymer science (synthesis and characterization of functional polymers), nanomaterials (synthesis, characterization, applications, safety and toxicity), environmental science (water purification, remediation, microplastics and nanoplastics) and material - biological interface (interaction of materials with living organism).
