Hertie School of Governance
Valentin Kreilinger is Doctoral Student at the Hertie School and a research fellow at the Jacques Delors Institut – Berlin. His current research explores legitimacy in the Economic and Monetary Union and how parliaments have reacted to the increasing coordination of fiscal and economic policies at the European level. Valentin has worked at Notre Europe – Institut Jacques Delors, the German Historical Institute in Paris and at the Center for Applied Policy Research in Munich. Valentin has received scholarships of the Max Weber Programm Bayern and the Hertie Foundation, is an Alumnus of the Allianz Cultural Foundation and a Member of “FutureLab Europe” by the Koerber Foundation and the European Alliance for Democratic Citizenship.
