Ulrich Fleischer

Dr. Ulrich Fleischer is a lawyer and has many years of experience in the areas of venture capital, M&A and corporate law. As part of his work as a lawyer at the leading commercial law firms Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal and as a member of the corporate legal department of the retail and tourism group REWE, he has advised a large number of large and international clients and accompanied medium-sized transactions. In recent years, he has advised the companies Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), Bayer, Bertelsmann and Bilfinger, among others.

For REWE, he particularly supported well-known venture capital investments such as the quick commerce unicorn Flink, the drone manufacturer Wingcopter and the e-sports giant SK Gaming.
