Ty Woolworth

Ty Woolworth is a lecturer at the Paul Merage School of Business and has been with the school since 2021. He previously held the role of faculty as an adjunct professor of business and marketing at Vanguard University of Southern California since 2014. Ty’s academic experience includes a B.A. from Vanguard University, an MBA from UCI’s Paul Merage School of Business, and his doctoral candidacy from Grenoble Ecole de Management in France. Additionally, Ty has a 20+ year background in corporate strategy and business development, focusing on brand partnerships for renewable revenue. Ty started his career in technology marketing, bringing revolutionary technology to new markets, and has served in multiple capacities leading new business growth in a variety of diverse organizations. Responsible for marketing campaigns and business development in the multi-billion-dollar range, he has successfully helped businesses strengthen brand loyalty, both locally and globally. Ty currently holds a professional position in strategy at Synchrony (Fortune 200 list).
