Profile
Tumo Kele is a full-time faculty member at GIBS. He lectures Dynamics of Competitiveness and Business Analysis and Research Methods for the MBA program; People and Performance Management for the PMD program and Leadership for the PhD program. In his previous academic career, he lectured undergraduate students on various subjects like mathematics for engineers, research methodology, quantitative techniques, statistics and quality for engineers and did numerous consulting projects in statistics, organisational change initiatives.
Prior to joining GIBS, he served in various managerial positions that includes, Section Head – Department of Mathematics and Statistics and Acting Director of a Business School. After joining GIBS, he assumed the responsibility as Director: Centre for Business Analysis and Research, looking after various corporate funded projects. Tumo has presented conference papers in many local and international peer-reviewed conferences.
