Touton Christophe

Professor Christophe Touton is Senior Vice President of Global Enterprise Clients and Practice Head of International Career Executive Options – ICEO at LHH part of Adecco Group, based in Zurich. He leads global strategic clients helping organizations and individuals to successfully lead Workforce Transformation, Career Transition, Talent Development and Leadership Consulting services.

Prof. Touton brings nearly two decades of General Management and Leadership Consulting experience. In addition to his business experience on the technology and services industry side, he spent the last years in the leadership advisory top executive industry leaders. In the last years he has successfully supported global clients in executive programs, digital leadership and business transformation. He focuses on sectors like industrial, financial services, technology, life sciences and consumer goods companies.

Prof. Touton has established himself as a trusted adviser of both publicly traded and privately held companies. He is experienced in advising clients on business transformation, executive career coaching, talent development and agile organization. Prior to joining Lee Hecht Harrison, he was Partner at Heidrick & Struggles Zurich member of the technology, services & industrial Practice with focus on digital disruption trends. Prof. Touton has been Executive Director at the leading executive education institute, IMD Lausanne and Singapore, leading its international markets and clients development operations working closely with the Digital Business Transformation Center and his innovative and agile new ecosystem.

Prof. Touton’s prior senior management experience includes more than two decades in the Information, Technology and Communication industry, in sales & marketing management, global account management and General Management as CEO of Central Eastern Europe and Switzerland and Austria at Xerox, based in Geneva, Vienna and Zurich.

Prof. Touton served as a Chapter President of the Swiss American Chamber of Commerce, as member of the Swiss Economic Forum and others associations and advisory boards. He is fluent in French, English, and German.

Prof. Touton studied in France before graduating from the University of Bordeaux/France with a Master in Business Law and a Master in Business Administration from IAE France. He has participated in executive programs at INSEAD and IMD.
