Tom Taiyi Yan

My name is 闫太一 Tom Taiyi Yan. I go by Tom or Taiyi. I’m an Assistant Professor at the Organisation and Innovation Group at UCL (University College London). Professional photo will be updated when the pandemic is “over” (whatever that means) but for now I’m the one in the red sweater and jean overall ;)

Born and raised in Beijing, China, I am an alumnus of University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (B.S. in Psychology) and University of Maryland College Park (PhD in Organizational Behavior).
