Tom Morrissey

Shifted from a Consultant reporting to the CTO to the newly created role of Director of Enterprise Information Management. Helped evaluate and now implementing the existing technology and process landscape and organization to determine best fit to achieve the Enterprise Customer Information strategies for MDM and CRM initiatives. Other major projects being delivered include: integrating Hospira Day 1 financial information to Pfizer, establishing product information for a Greenfield Manufacuring operation in India, and stabilizing recent databases and reporting that support Quality, Supply Chain, and Sales Force management and reporting.

Manage a $12 million operating budget and a staff of 45 FTE/FTC’s responsible for the management of Master Data, Data Quality, and Business Intelligence processes and technologies. Responsibilities include hiring, training and conducting performance management for the staff; providing leadership to multi-disciplinary teams responsible for implementing and maintaining the Company’s Data Management Programs and Business Intelligence Reporting Tools (SAP BW, SAP Business Objects and Qlikview).
