As a person who always was on the rollercoaster of fitness and wellness my whole life, I decided that my next career is going to be in the health and wellness industry, so I became a Certified Personal Trainer, Senior Fitness and Nutrition and Weight Loss Specialist from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).

As founder Boomers Rock Media LLC a company that will allow us to move forward with sharing our message in the multimedia world. We change peoples lifestyles encouraging improvement by changing attitudes, behaviors and habits, through the dissemination of our work through talk radio, books, and web based video and live events.

I hold a Bachelors and Masters degree from Michigan State University in Telecommunications Information Studies and Management.

I hold non-traditional students, older, and any and all going back to college after a long layoff in very high esteem, I look forward to mentoring or guiding anyone who needs help returning to school.
