Harvard Business School

Thomas O. Jones is a Senior Advisor to The Cross Country Group. He is the founder/CEO of multiple technology businesses including Epsilon, where he served as CEO from its early stage through seven years as a publicly-held company. He has spent over ten years at Harvard Business School and MIT Sloan School teaching finance, general management and service management.

In addition to his activities at CCG, Tom is actively involved in environmental causes at the Walden Woods Project and The Massachusetts Chapter of The Nature Conservancy. He received his S.B. from MIT and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
