Tom Elfring is professor strategic management and entrepreneurship at the Nijmegen School of Management at Radboud University. From 2017 to 2020 he was professor in strategic management and entrepreneurship at the University of Liverpool Management School and prior to that appointment he was professor at the Vrije Universities Amsterdam.
