Tobias Dolgener

As a lecturer, I am working on the specialist topics of commercial training.

I accompany my auditorium from the basics to the practical relevance.

My credo in imparting specialist knowledge is: “Make theory come alive and get participants to DO”!

For this I develop coherent concepts based on practice-oriented cases.

In addition to the "classic" form of knowledge transfer, I have expanded my repertoire and move part of my training into the virtual space.

As a live online trainer, I am happy to face the challenge of rethinking knowledge transfer.

Because without direct feedback from the participants, i.e. without the possibility of recognizing the "question marks" of the participants and motivating them precisely or picking them up at their knowledge location, means for me - imparting of knowledge through entertaining!

In the virtual space, trainers have to become entertainers in order to successfully implement and sustainably secure knowledge.

My experience as a moderator and speaker helps me a lot to build this bridge.

Since 2016, I have taken on project responsibility as part of my employment relationship and develop and implement the digitization of training and further education in a team.

As a producer of learning videos, a more creative mind and lover of SCRUM and agile project management, I do my part to bring digitization to the next level.

I am grateful to have been part of a dual leadership since 2020 and to be able to call myself "head of digitalization" ;)

I present the experiences and the knowledge that I have been able to acquire over the last four years at trade fairs and in schools in order to get people excited about the "new" form of knowledge transfer.

I want to take away the fears of learners, but also of those they care about, such as teachers and parents, and accompany them in the process of change that this form of learning entails.
