Warwick Business School

Tim is a Professor of Practice (Leadership and Organisational Change) and Director of Executive Education at WBS. He has over 20 years experience as a practitioner, consultant and executive educator specialising in strategic change, leadership, organisational communication and employee engagement.

Tim was formerly Director of Executive Education at Nottingham University Business School in the UK, and the Irish Management Institute in Dublin. He has designed and delivered executive development programmes at senior levels for leading international companies in a range of sectors and has worked with the top teams of a number of large public sector organisations in the UK and Ireland. He is Course Director for the WBS Executive Diploma in Organisational Change delivered at The Shard.
