Georgia Tech Professional Education
Timothy Israel is group manager for Lean Enterprise and Quality Services at the Georgia Institute of Technology Enterprise Innovation Institute. He and his 15-person staff work with companies and organizations to reduce waste and improve manufacturing operations by implementing continuous improvement techniques, quality management systems, and lean manufacturing principles.
Israel is a RABQSA -certified Quality Systems Lead Auditor and Environmental Systems Lead Auditor. He has trained more than 5,000 individuals representing more than 500 companies on all aspects of lean, quality, ISO 9000, and ISO 14000. He holds an M.S. and B.S. in industrial engineering from Georgia Tech.
