Qualifications PhD - Management Science and Information Systems (Oklahoma State University) MS - Mathematics (Oklahoma State University) BSc - Mathematics (Chinese University of Hong Kong) Biography Tianjian (TJ) Zhang is an assistant professor of information systems at the City University of Hong Kong. He received a B.Sc. in Mathematics from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, an M.S. in Mathematics and a Ph.D. in Management Science and Information Systems from Oklahoma State University. His research primarily centers around various risks associated with digitization. He has studied the value proposition of cybersecurity investments, labor displacement related to cybersecurity legislation, and unintended consequences of adopting financial technologies. He is also interested in knowledge spillover and technology diffusion.
