Thomas Hilton Olson's research and consulting focus is on strategy development and implementation, organization and human capital, leading change, and psych assessment and intervention. He has authored four books in the last five years, written 100+ scholarly articles, and made numerous presentations at national and international conferences. He was a founding member, Careers Division, and Officer/Representative-at-Large, of the Academy of Management, Officer of the Personnel Testing Council, and member of the Board of the APA and three corporations. Professor Olson is the Director of the Consulting Concentration at USC, prior equity holder (Partner) with Booz and has led hundreds of consulting engagements for private and public organizations across the globe in industry and for USC.
