Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health

Mr. Thomas J. Loughman is the Vice President of EHS & Quality Program Management for at Amentum. He provides safety, health, and environmental leadership to a group of over 30,000 employees in more than 250 locations worldwide, performing design, construction, operations & maintenance, and technical services. In Mr. Loughman’s role he leads strategic and transformational initiatives and manages policy, training programs, and performance measurement. Tom was honored as a Rising Star of Safety by the National Safety Council in 2012. Mr. Loughman also serves as a Trustee with the National Safety Council. In 2007 Thomas earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Keene State College with a minor in Safety. He went on to earn his Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) in 2015 from UMUC and is an alumnus of Harvard Kennedy School’s Executive Education. Thomas is also a Certified Safety Professional (CSP).
