I have been self-employed with the Coaching Colleg Berlin since 2001 as a consultant and coach for executives in middle and senior management. The target group is in particular managers of distributed (virtual) teams (distance leadership).
Special focus and expertise: Leading from a distance (distance leadership, leading distributed teams), leadership in (or towards) an agile environment, taking on new positions/responsibilities, setting up and developing new areas and high-performance teams, leadership (strategy development, process design etc.), , self-leadership as a manager (self-leadership, positioning/external impact), "First 100 days", repositioning at 50+
