Experience
Prior to coming to CCL, Ted worked in diverse industries such as technology, academia, and non-profit organizations. Ted brings a depth and breadth of experience in sales and thought leadership, working with Fortune 500 companies.
Ted’s previous roles included leading high-functioning teams in new business development, operations, and large strategic initiatives. He’s received multiple leadership awards within the telecommunication industry, for driving change, delivering results and leading/developing high-performing teams.
Ted also had the privilege of traveling around the world, partnering with large investors to help fund key projects in third world countries. He enjoys adventure races, hiking, fishing, reading, jiu jitsu, kickboxing and loves spending time with his wife and four sons (aka little cowboys).
Educational Background
Ted has an MBA from Aurora University, graduating summa cum laude with an emphasis in human resource management and organizational leadership. Ted also completed his BA at the same university in organizational management, also graduating summa cum laude.
