International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans

Sylvain Lalancette has been working as GFMD’s group insurance and group annuity plans advisor for ten years. He began his group benefits career working for two major Canadian insurers in British Columbia in 2007. With his experience in advisory services, Lalancette has developed an excellent understanding of his clients’ needs and expectations. As an advisor, he draws on his professionalism and expertise to help his clients achieve their group benefits goals. Lalancette holds the CEBS designation. In 2016, he earned his CPA designation and M.B.A. degree from the Executive Program at École des sciences de la gestion de l’Université du Québec à Montréal (ESG UQAM).
