His passion is to strive for excellence in sustainability. To him, optimizing is like nutrition. He feels at home working in intercultural networks. His destiny is to make teams and corporate culture successful.

He began his career as a bank clerk but soon realized that finance alone wasn't enough for him. He then pursued a degree in industrial engineering, followed by a doctorate in mechanical engineering. After working in project management and consulting for some time, he moved to the industry and held management positions at the group, business unit, and plant levels for many years.

Throughout his career, he has gained experience in various areas such as process optimization, strategy, controlling, production, process technology, digitization, as well as the implementation of Six Sigma, lean manufacturing, and lean administration. He has developed a range of skills and behaviors that have shaped his work life. Eventually, he found the perfect path to sustainable corporate success.

This led him to transition to self-employment. For several years now, he has been sharing his passion for processes, productivity, leadership, and cultural change with his clients.
