Suzanne is the Principal Consultant of Learning Pillars, a business firm, which provides training and consultancy services to assist individuals and organisations to grow and develop. She is a professional trainer specialising in most soft skills training. Her areas of expertise are in train-the-trainer workshops, course development and people relationships development.

Suzanne has been in the training and development industry for more than 20 years, covering the IT industry, the banking and financial industry and the education and membership industry. She has conducted public workshops on “Producing a Winning Total Training Plan”, “Trainer Manager”, “Leading Groups for Commitment & Results” and “SIM Course Leaders’ Course” and “SIM Basic Competent Trainer” for SIM; “Think On Your Feet” for IPAM.
