Biography:

Suzanne Price is an expert at designing, facilitating and implementing training and coaching programs with a wide range of experience working for multinational organizations across industries. In 2003, she founded Price Global, specializing in Diversity and Inclusion (D&I), Unconscious Bias, Global Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, Building Resilience and Emotional Intelligence. Suzanne is based in Tokyo and works throughout Asia Pacific, the UK and the USA.

In 2015, Suzanne was recognized as "Top 10 Diversity Consultants by The Economist Global Diversity List." In 2012 she was honored with the ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ British Business Award by the British Chamber of Commerce in Japan.

Suzanne serves as an external advisor on state-of-the-art Inclusion and Diversity solutions and has proven business acumen, delivering tangible results such as increase in representation of women and cultural diversity in the leadership pipeline. Her clients include numerous Fortune 500 multinational organizations, some of whom have won awards for her initiatives.

She is unique in her field because she is a qualified applied psychology professional, with both extensive in-house experience as well as external partner to her clients. Suzanne previously held a 5-year tenure as Head of Inclusion and Diversity for UBS Securities in Asia Pacific 2005-2010 and as Head of Learning and Development in 2008. Suzanne has served as a retained consultant for Global Leadership and Diversity at Goldman Sachs and AXA Life. She was also an associate Consultant for Korn Ferry’s D&I Leadership and Talent Consulting Services. She coaches C-suite executives of global companies. She was elected as Vice President of the British Chamber of Commerce in Japan in 2013-2014 and served 4-years on the Board of Directors of The Association for Women in Finance in Japan.
