Susan Leonard is an experienced executive coach and consultant and a licensed clinical psychologist. She received her undergraduate education at C.W. Post Center, Long Island University, and earned her Ph.D. at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She has her own executive coaching and consulting firm. She works as a psychologist with The FMRT Group. She works as an executive coach (adjunct) for the Center for Creative Leadership. She has been faculty and staff at Wake Forest University and adjunct faculty at Salem College. She previously taught Leadership in the Wake Forest University Schools of Business. In addition, she has served as an advisor, board member, board chair and consultant for many non-profit organizations. Dr. Leonard’s primary focus is executive coaching and consulting, pre and post employment evaluations, and executive meeting planning and facilitation.
