Ms. Hunter is a business leader with over 25 years of experience in human resource management. She is passionate about creating high-performing work environments that support a company’s business goals and objectives and enable employees to achieve exceptional results. As a seasoned consultant, Ms. Hunter has worked across multiple industry sectors helping organizations become more effective by improving their talent strategies and processes to build organizational capability and capacity. Her experience includes building strategies, programs and practices around performance management, career planning, total rewards, compensation, career architecture and job design, organization development and employee engagement. Ms. Hunter was previously the national practice leader for the performance and rewards practice with a global human consulting and outsourcing solutions firm. She holds a B.A. degree from the University of Toronto and is a certified human resource leader (CHRL). Ms. Hunter is a frequent speaker on the topic of human resources and is an active volunteer and board member with The Rotary Club of Toronto.
