Terry College of Business

Susan Cohen is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. Cohen earned her PhD in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, her B.A. in Mathematics from the University of Michigan and her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. Her research interests rest at the intersection of organizational theory, entrepreneurship and innovation. Her work has been published in the Administrative Science Quarterly, Organization Science, Research Policy and Academy of Management Journal.

Research Interests and Areas of Expertise:

I study innovation and organizational learning across several contexts - from entrepreneurs in accelerator programs to large corporations making technological transitions.
