As the Managing Director of Infoplace Services, Susan provides IT consulting services and training to both government and private IT companies. With over 21 years' experience in the development and management of information systems, she helps organisations formulate their information system plans, business process reengineering and technical expertise in the management and development of several large-scale projects. Prior to this, she held a senior management position in the IT arm of Ministry of Defence.
