Babson Olin Graduate School of Business

I work to empower women to own their unique superpowers and to be fluent in the professional value they offer to others, their organizations—and the world.

My passion is to inspire and motivate women at all levels of organizational leadership to fully realize and manifest their leadership potential. Most recently, as part of the work I led at Linkage, I appeared on Good Morning America to discuss our new book, “Mastering Your Inner Critic and 7 Other High Hurdles to Advancement: How the Best Women Leaders Practice Self-Awareness to Change What Really Matters” (McGraw-Hill – November 2018).

My work includes advising executives on how to achieve gender parity in leadership. I have keynoted for or consulted with 500+ organizations worldwide, representing nearly every industry.

As Managing Director of the newly-formed Institute for Leadership at Simmons University, I am honored to build upon a century-long history of preparing women to lead change that impacts families, communities and the world.

Simmons educates women for their own empowerment and for leadership, ultimately unleashing—in women at all stages of life—a passion for learning and the determination to make a difference. This mission was born from the vision of a male ally, John Simmons, who understood the criticality of educating women to open opportunities for independent livelihood and advancement. I aim to multiply the impact of this legacy through the Institute. Our agenda will focus on empowering women with the competence and confidence to advance and live their true potential–while also motivating those in positions of power to act on gender parity as a business imperative.
