Suranga Nanayakkara

Suranga has over ten years of experience in developing and teaching Design Thinking&Innovation courses as well as running corporate workshops. He has also served as a Tan Chin Tuan Exchange Fellow at Nanyang Technical University, an Assistant Professor at Singapore University of Technology and Design as well as a Postdoctoral Associate at the Fluid Interfaces group, MIT Media Lab USA. He received his PhD in 2010 and BEng in 2005 from the The National University of Singapore. For the totality and breadth of achievements, he has been recognized with many awards including young inventor under 35 (TR35 award) in the Asia Pacific region by MIT Tech Review,Ten Outstanding Young Professionals (TOYP) by JCI Sri Lanka and INK Fellow 2016.
