Sulet spent the last 10 years working for large corporate organisations before deciding on a career change. She has traded-in her flair for numbers for an equally challenging and exciting flair for people. Sulet is a business coach who has a strong desire to assist individuals in finding fulfilment in their chosen career. As a coach her passion is to assist individuals to achieve their own goals that they have set for themselves and their career.
Sulet is a registered Chartered Accountant (CA (SA)) with commercial experience in large corporates of which the last 4 years was in a senior managerial role in the financial sector. Throughout her experience she realised that it is the individual that makes an organisation successful. Sulet is passionate about each person to have fulfilment in their careers and believes that every individual has the potential to do so!
Sulet is an experienced facilitator and have designed and facilitated on numerous management development programmes at all development levels for the University of Stellenbosch Business School (USB-ED) and other business schools. She is a subject matter expert in Financial Management and Accounting. Sulet has designed and customised Finance workshops for companies facilitating at all levels of the organisation.
Sulet is also a Learning Process Facilitator for USB-ED ensuring application of learning for management development programme participants. The role entails assisting participants to integrate and apply the learning from the various modules in the work environment. She engages with teams as they experience leadership and team dynamics by working as part of a team to deliver a group assignment. Sulet focusses on individual reflections to create further awareness for the participants.
Sulet is a specialist at behavioural assessment using a system called Shadowmatch. Habits and behaviours of successful employees specific to their working environment are identified.
