Business experience
Stuart Warner is a chartered accountant with over 25 years’ experience of working with boards in advisory, training, trustee and non-executive positions.
Stuart has worked with a rich diversity of clients from SME’s to large multinationals including manufacturers, retailers, service businesses, law firms, accountancy firms, banks, fund managers, hedge funds, commodity traders, media companies and a variety of areas within the public sector. He has worked throughout Europe, The Middle East, North America, as well as Central and South-East Asia.
Stuart has shared his business experience as the author of four books on finance. His most recent book was published by Pearson / Financial Times and continues to be a best-selling finance for non-finance book. It was also shortlisted for ‘Management Book of the Year’ by Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and the British Library.
Professional credentials and training experience
Stuart’s goal is to help businesses increase productivity and profits through innovative and engaging finance training. Stuart aims to bring the subject to life and demystify what can be often perceived as challenging concepts through clear, simple explanations and examples. Over his career, Stuart has trained over ten thousand people. He has taught six different professional qualifications; delivered CPD courses for qualified accountants; and interactive courses for non-finance professionals to all levels including board directors. Stuart is a graduate of management sciences from UMIST and became a chartered accountant whilst working at PwC.
