Antwerp Management School

Steven Van Garsse is an associate and executive professor at the Hasselt University and Antwerp/Antwerp Management School and specialises in public law, particularly public procurement and concessions public-private partnerships, government goods, privatisation, semi-governmental organisations, and government administrations.

He is the Head of the research Unit Administrative Law and Public Administration, Faculty of Law, Centre for Government and Law, University of Hasselt. At the same time, Steven is an Attorney at Law, admitted to the Brussels Bar, and a board member of the European Public-Private Partnerships Law review.
