Biography

Kelley School of Business

I am currently appointed as a clinical assistant professor of finance and serve as the co-director of the Investment Banking Workshop at the Kelley School of Business. Prior to this appointment, I served as a visiting assistant professor of finance in the Kelley School. I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration with a finance specialization from Middle Tennessee State University and a PhD in Finance from Purdue University. Prior to and during my undergraduate education, I worked in the music business in Nashville, Tennessee, where I managed concert production, owned and operated a recording studio, and started a record label.

While passionate about teaching students finance, I derive even greater satisfaction from empowering students to become their best and helping them pursue success, however they define it. In addition to teaching, I serve as a principal of Sibley Family LLC, a commercial real estate venture with interests in and around Charlotte, North Carolina, and manage family investment portfolios. In my free time, I enjoy playing music and spending time in the outdoors with my family.
