I offer over 17 years of professional experience in the area of project and program management.
Experienced in the successful delivery of key Enterprise-wide initiatives at major companies/institutions: EMC2, Premera Blue Cross of WA., Microsoft, T-Mobile, AT&T Wireless, General Electric (Power Systems) and the United States Navy.
During my professional career, I have successfully managed and shipped large projects to include: Global Customer/Partner Relationship Management (C/PRM) systems, Retail Technology, Infrastructure Initiatives (Data Center), Application and Systems upgrade. I understand how to manage multi-dimensional and cross-group projects which are complex in nature and which require a large degree of cross-collaboration.
I appreciate the challenges and rejoice in the successes of delivering projects and programs.
