Steve Briggs has a track record of helping people and organisations dramatically improve their performance. He helps them apply lean and agile principles in a way that suits their situation to get the best results.
Steve’s experience across a range of industries and with all types of organisation helps him understand the issues people are facing so that he can help them to find a way forward. He has worked over the full life cycle of a product /service from helping start up’s, prototyping, new product introduction, scaling production, and end of life management. Steve has worked in the public, private and charity sectors as well as with some well-known co-operatives.
Steve has been facilitating courses in project management, performance improvement, problem solving, business case development and frontline management since 2008. He likes to make the courses fun, thought provoking, engaging, interactive and of course memorable! His focus is always on giving practical advice that people can readily apply. Steve encourages difficult questions and is happy to use the participant’s real examples on his courses so that they leave with a solution to their problem. He continually reviews the content of his courses and updates them with new theories and examples from his other work as a consultant / project manager.
