King’s Business School

Stephen Deery is Professor of Human Resource Management at King's Business School. He was Professor and Director for the Centre of Human Resource Management and Organisational Studies at the University of Melbourne before joining King’s College London in 2000. Stephen’s research has been published in leading journals including the Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management Studies, Industrial and Labor Relations Review, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology and Human Resource Management. He served as Editor-in-Chief of Human Relations 2006-2011. Stephen's research interests are frontline service work, organisational performance and employee well-being, absenteeism and employee turnover, organisational citizenship behaviour, internships and graduate employment.
