Stephanie Schoss

Stephanie Schoss is Director of Open Enrolment Programmes at the Executive School of Management, Technology and Law of the University of St. Gallen (ES-HSG).

Stephanie studied Business and Economics at the Universities of St.Gallen, Harvard and the Singapore Management University. She is currently working on her doctoral thesis about deep level diversity in teams. Besides academia Stephanie has been an active entrepreneur for the past 10 years and currently runs IPM AG, a company specialized in enabling more effective human interactions in leadership and sales. She has a passion for building meaningful teams and communities which she did as a co-founder of ASK THE CIRCLE, the leading global family office network and also as a Partner of C Talks, Switzerland’s top executives’ exchange communities.
