Stephanie Hirano

Stephanie A. Hirano is an instructor for the Certificate in Paralegal Studies program at the University of Washington Professional & Continuing Education. After 13 years of practicing law, she most recently was a partner in the business group at Perkins Coie, where she excelled at working with clients on extremely complex business transactions, ranging from mergers and acquisitions, public and private financing to SEC reporting issues. She received her B.A. in political science and B.A. in business administration from the University of Washington and her J.D. and MBA from Boston College.
