Prof. Dr. Stephanie Birkner (1981) did her PhD on the (innovation) potential of ambiguity in consulting interventions. Adding to it, she was professor of Business Administration with a focus on business simulations at the Jade University. Since 2014, she teaches and researches as a Junior Professor at the Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg in the field of "Female Entrepreneurship".
She still operates as a lecturer of HRM and simulation modules at the Jade University. Freelance, she supports and accompanies her clients on their (further) development of personality and compentency profiles.
