Biography

Leonard N. Stern School of Business

I am a social scientist and senior PhD candidate in Organizational Behavior at New York University, Stern School of Business. My research focuses on age and gender inequalities, with a particular emphasis on phenomena relevant to organizational life and career outcomes. My work has been published in Cognition, Journal of Experimental Psychology: General, and the Handbook of the Psychology of Aging.

I have experience teaching management to undergraduate students, for which I received a teaching commendation award. I also worked as a teaching assistant for management, strategy, and negotiation classes, for both undergrads and MBAs, virtual and in-person.

Prior to my PhD, I was a research assistant at MIT Sloan and Harvard School of Education, and worked as a business analyst for Procter & Gamble. I own a dual bachelor degree in International Trade and Finance (Honor), an Msc in Management from the London Business School, and an MS in Management Studies from MIT Sloan.

I’m a French native living in the United States for more than 8 years now. When I am not teaching or working on academic projects, I like to play music, watch indie movies, read American classics, cook nice vegetarian diners for friends, and spend time with my wife and two year-old son.
