Stephan Reinicke, LL.M. (University of Sydney), General Counsel, Attorney, Banker, works as Senior Counsel in the Legal Department of Deutsche Bank AG. He has many years of experience in the area of credit and insolvency law for private and business clients and in the in-house further training of the specialist departments on corporate and consumer insolvency proceedings. In addition to being an author, he also lectures in law for the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
