Biography

University of Bath School of Management

My research interests centre on traditional and modern forms of work and careers as well as trust in organizations. I investigate these topics primarily in professional organizations which are undergoing an interesting time of change and I make use of qualitative research methods, including innovate visual methods. Through my research, I strive to develop theoretical understanding of careers and work and to contribute to existing knowledge about the modern world of work.

In 2017, I was awarded the ESRC Future Research Leaders Fellowship to investigate traditional and alternative career models in the law profession capturing the views of individual, organisational and professional stakeholders.
