Stacey is a licensed, registered dietitian with a Masters degree in Exercise Science from Boston University’s Sargent College of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences, and a Doctoral degree in Public Health from Boston University’s School of Public Health. In addition to helping individuals develop healthy behaviors to prevent or manage elevated body weight, eating disorders, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease and diabetes, it is Stacey’s goal to develop model health promotion programs for institutions including Weight Loss Essentials and the Sargent Choice Healthy Dining Program.
