Facilitate intercultural, interpersonal and language skills training for multinational corporations and private sector companies located mainly in the San Francisco Bay Area/Silicon Valley. Conduct research, needs analysis, design curricula, implement trainings and do follow-up evaluations. Culturally-appropriate name developer of new products for a number of branding companies.
- Twenty years of working with multinational corporations, local organisations and private associations in global competency and intercultural and communication skills development, culture-specific business briefings, multicultural team building, global relocation training, and existing training program evaluation.
