Presentation
My Ph.D. research deals with the role of temporality in the construction of identity in multisite nonprofit organizations. More specifically the project investigates how organizations as such construct their identity through temporal structures and narratives. The empirical context of the study is a non-profit organization whose main activity is to establish school gardens across Denmark. At CBS, I am currently affiliated with the Center for Organizational Time and ‘imagine.. Creative Industries Research’. My research interests revolve around temporality, organizational identity, and creative industries.
