Bayes Business School
Sonia Falconieri joined the faculty of Finance at in September 2009. Previously, she was lecturer in Finance at Brunel University. She also worked at the University of Amsterdam and University of Tilburg (The Netherlands). Her research interests are in Corporate Finance; specifically she has been working on Initial Public Offerings, Takeovers and the financing side of Public Private Partnerships among others. Her articles have been published in some major journals such as the JEEA, the Review of Finance and Financial Management. Sonia received her Bachelor and Master degree in Economics from Bocconi University, Milan (Italy) and holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Toulouse (France).
