Frankfurt School of Finance & Management

Siham El Kihal is Assistant Professor of Marketing at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.

Prior to joining Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, Siham was part of the PhD program in Marketing at the Goethe University Frankfurt (Graduation in November 2016) and was a Visiting Scholar at the Marketing Department of the NYU Stern School of Business. She holds a master’s degree in engineering from Ecole Centrale de Lyon and a master’s degree in business administration with electrical engineering from the Technical University of Darmstadt.

Siham’s research centers on understanding customer’s purchase and post-purchase decisions in E-Commerce. As an empirical researcher, she aims to study research questions that are of high relevance for consumers, practitioners, and policy makers.
